About our Medical Director – Antonio Mesa, DO
Double Board Certified — Neurology & Pain Medicine

Dr. Mesa is the Medical Director of Neuro Now and brings a rare combination of neurology and interventional pain management to every workers’ compensation case. His dual board certification means injured workers receive neurological and pain management evaluation under one roof — eliminating the need for separate referrals and reducing delays in diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Mesa completed both his Neurology Residency and Pain Management Fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and has been in practice for over 20 years. He trained here, he practices here, and he understands the South Florida workers’ compensation system.
